About RTL Consulting

Why we exist

RTL Consulting runs in two lanes that share one discipline: systems that work, documented and accountable.

AI Services builds and manages practical AI systems for trades and local service businesses — front desks that answer every call, follow-up that never sleeps, review engines that build reputation. We run our own company on AI. That's the credential no generic AI consultant has.

Government consulting fills the oldest gap in facilities, construction, and property programs: the people managing the money and the people doing the work aren't always the same people checking the work. RTL is the independent set of eyes — no stake in cutting corners, reporting straight to the agency, investor, or homeowner footing the bill.

Meet the founder

Anthony is a U.S. Air Force veteran with about two decades in government service, and the founder of RTL Consulting. He started the company to help government agencies and everyday people manage their projects — getting the best price without sacrificing quality.

He is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, certified through NORMI as a Mold Assessor and Mold Remediator, and through InterNACHI as a Certified Professional Inspector — with years of military housing experience alongside major commercial work, including $6M+ in projects for North County Transit District, from design through closeout, and school district work securing bonds and building and renovating schools.

Our approach

No boilerplate reports, no software scavenger hunts. We show up, inspect, document, and tell owners and agencies exactly where things stand — good or bad. And when we build an AI system for your business, we stay on after launch: monitoring, maintenance, and refinement are the job, not an upsell.
